A RESOLUTION GRANTING CONTINUED USE
FOR AN ADDITIONAL PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS
TO UTILIZE A PORTION OF ATHLETIC FIELD
FOR OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES AS
ORIGINALLY GRANTED UNDER RESOLUTION
NO, 36719 AND AS AMENDED BY RESOL-
UTION NOS, 39207 AND 41258 FOR EVER-
GLADES SCHOOL+ LOCATED ON LOTS 12 AND 13
AND THAT PART OF LOTS 10 AND 11,
BLOCK "A", LYING NORTH AND WEST OF
COCONUT GROVE DRIVE, BISCAYNE PARK
TERRACE (2-36), AND LOT 20 SOUTH OF
BAYSHORE DRIVE AND LOT 11 (2-36),
AND 25-FOOT STRIP AND CANAL SOUTHEAST
OF EMATHLA, LOCATED ON SOUTH BAYSHORE
DRIVE AND EMATHLA, LOCATED IN AN R-1
(ONE -FAMILY) DISTRICT, ALL IN CONJUNC-
TION WITH EXISTING AUDITORIUM BUILDING.
SUBJECT TO QMPLIANCE WITH PROVISIONS OF
ORDINANCE 8115 OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE,
CLOSING SAID PARKING LOT AFTER DARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY

Section 1. That the application) o veOrgTades
School for a continued use to utilize a portion of athletic
field for off-street parking facilities, as originally
granted under Resolution No. 36719 and as amended by Re-
solution No. 39207 and 41258 for Everglades School, locat-
ed on South Bayshore Drive and Emathla, on Lots 12 and 13
and that part of Lots 10 and 11, Block "A", lying North
and West of Coconut Grove Drive, Biscayne Park Terrace,
Plat Book 2, Page 36, and Lot 20, South of Bayshore Drive
and Lot 11, Plat Book 2, at Page 36, and 25-foot strip and
canal Southeast of Emathla, located in an R-1 (One -Family)
District, all in conjunction with existing auditorium
building, be and the same is hereby granted for a period

Extension of Conditional Use
Parking
ENCLOSUiS:
I have had personnel of the Zoning Section of the Building
Department inspect the above site and they find that all of
the conditions granted by Resolution 441258 are being
observed.
However, personnel of the Building Department indicate that
the Conditional Use parking Area has not been illuminated
thereby violating the provision of the Parking Area Lighting
Ordinance #8115.
It is suggested that full compliance with Ordinance =8115
be made part of any resolution designed to extend the use of
the parking area.
