RESOLUTION No, 75-3
A RESOLUTION OFFICIALLY VACATING AND
CLOSING HIGGS STREET, BETWEEN PERCIVAL
AVENUE AND DAY AVENUE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH TENATIVE PLAT NO, 916, PERCIVAL
GARDENS.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of
December 2, 1974, following an advertised hearing adopted
Resolution No. ZB 195-74 by a seven to zero vote recommending
the official vacation and closure of Higgs Street, between
Percival Avenue and Day Avenue, in accordance with tenative
Plat No. 916, Percival Gardens; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable
and in the best interest of the public that the official vaca-
tion and closure be made as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Higgs Street, between Percival Avenue
and Day Avenue, in accordance with tenative Plat No. 916,
Percival Gardens, is hereby vacated and closed.
