A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A WASTE
COLLECTION LICENSE TO UNITED SANITATION SERVICES,
DIVISION OF SANITAS SERVICE CORPORATION, PERMITTING?
IT TO COMMENCE DOING BUSINESS UPON FULL COMPLIANCE
WITH CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
PLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Miami, Florida,
provides detailed requirements for the issuance of a City
of Miami Waste Collection License; and
WHEREAS, it appears that UNITED SANITATION SERVICES,
DIVISION OF SANITAS SERVICE CORPORATION, has applied for
Such a license and has met or has represented under oath that
it will meet, within the required period of time, the require-
ments of said Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The License Division, Finance Department,
City of Miami, is hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collec-
tion License to UNITED SANITATION SERVICES, DIVISION OF SANITAS
SERVICE CORPORATION, and the said corporation may commence
doing business thereunder upon full compliance with Chapter 20
of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida.
