SO,t1TION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE oP A
tT COLLECTION LICENSE TO WASTE DISPOSAL
ORPORATION, DIVISION OF SANITAS SERVICE
OEPOt2ATION, PERMITTING IT TO COMMENCE
WING BUSINESS UPON FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
ELORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Miami, Fldicfa'
Provides detailed requirements for the issuance of a City of
Miami;te Collection License; and
WHEREAS, it appears that Waste Disposal Corporation,
Division of Sanitas Service Corporation, has applied for such
license and has met or has represented under oath that it
will meet, within the required period of time, the requirements
of said Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The License Division, Finance Department,
City of Miami, is hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collection
License to Waste Disposal Corporation, Division of Sanitas
Service Corporation, and the said Corporation may commence
doing business thereunder upon full compliance with Chapter 20
of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this_16 day of DECEMBER
1976.
