A ftESoLUTIoN AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
WASTE COLLECTION LICENSE TO LA FE TRASH &
WASTE SERVICE PERMITTING IT TO COMMENCE
b ING BUSINESS UPON FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Miami, fibrida,,<
provides detailed requirements for the issuance of a City of
Miami Waste Collection License; and
WHEREAS, it appears thatLA FE TRASH & WASTE SERVICE
has applied for such a license and has met or has represen-
ted under oath that it will meet, within the required period
of time, the requirements of said Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The License Division, Finance Department,
City of Miami, is hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collec-
tion License to LA FE TRASH & WASTE SERVICE and the said company
may commence doing business thereunder upon full compliance with
Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida.
