RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
WASTE COLLECTION LICENSE TO GENERAL HAULING
SERVICE, INC. PERMITTING IT TO COMMENCE
bOING BUSINESS UPON FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Miami, riorida,
provides detailed requirements for the issuance of a City of
Miami Waste Collection License; and
WHEREAS, it appears that GENERAL HAULING SERVICE, INC.
has applied for such a license and has met or has represented
under oath that it will meet, within the required period of
time, the requirements of said Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The License Division, Finance Department,
City of Miami, is hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collection
License to GENERAL HAULING SERVICE, INC. and the said corpora-
tion may commence doing business thereunder upon full compli-
ance with Chapter. 20 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida.
