A REgOLUTIoN AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OP A
WASTt COLLECTION LICENSE TO JAMES SHEFFIELD
PERMITTING HIMTO COMMENCE DOING BUSINESS UPON
PULL COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Miami t Vioridao
provides detailed requirements for the issuance of a City Of
Miami Waste Collection License; and
WHEREAS, it appears that JAMES SHEFFIELD has applied
for such a license and has met or has represented under oath
that he will meet, within the required period of time, the
requirements of said Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The License Division, Finance Department,
hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collection
City of Miami, is
License to JAMES SHEFFIELD and the said JAMES SHEFFIELD may
commence doing business thereunder upon full compliance with
Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16 __day of DECEMBER 1976.
