RESOLUTION NO. 764 1 3..
A tESOLUTION DENYING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND
bIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DEFEND ANY
SUIT BROUGHT FOR THE RECOVERY OF DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF SAID CLAIMS.
1EREAS, claims have been filed against the CITY OF MIAMi,
br personal injuries and/or property damage by the claimants
isted in Section 1. of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receiving notices of claim, said matters
were investigated by the office of the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami has been
telly advised by the City Attorney relative to said claims.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE.
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
