FOLLYYV» WHEREAS, The City of Miami intends to rebuild t,

WHEREAS, it would be necessary to acquire the right of way
the easterly side of South Bayshore Drive from property nou'
owned by Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company; and
WHEREAS, Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company is
execute a Highway Right of Way Deed for dedication of . the required
agreeable to
land in consideration of a waiver of future assessment for a
highway improvement; and
WHEREAS, the value of the land to be dedicated exceeds the
value of assessment for a highway district abutting this property;
and
Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company has executed and
delivered to The City of 'Miami a Highway Right of Way Deed of
dedication for the required land as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to
accept the aforesaid Deed and to have it recorded in the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMIMISSION OF THE CITY

SeetiOn 1. The NOVeMbet 1, 1976 Highway Right of Way Deed
exeeuted by Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company for a total of 5775
square feet of land contained in the westerly 15 feet of Lots 1
thru 4 and a full 25 foot radius of Lot 1 and a strip of land at
the westerly side of Lots 5 and 6 varying in width from 1.61 feet
to 9.72 feet of Block 1 of the AMENDED PLAT OF HIBISCUS PLACE
(3-110) and a strip of land varying from 18.92 feet to 20.0 feet
in width along the westerly side of the southerly 100 feet more
or less of Lot B of AMENDED PLAT OF MIRADO COURT (14-44) and that
part of Tract 9 of HIGHLEYMAN'S SUBDIVISION (1-184) external to a
25-foot radius at the northeast corner of the intersection of
South Bayshore Drive and S.E. 14 Street conveyed for highway
widening be, and the same is hereby accepted for the consideration
heretofore expressed.
Section 2. The proper official of The City of Miami be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to record the aforesaid
Deed in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.

Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company is agreeable to execute a Highway
Right of Way Det2d for dedication of the required land in considera-
tion of a waiver of future assessment for a highway improvement.
