The NOVeMbet 1, 1976 Highway Right of Way Deed exeeuted by Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company for a total of 5775 square feet of land contained in the westerly 15 feet of Lots 1 thru 4 and a full 25 foot radius of Lot 1 and a strip of land at the westerly side of Lots 5 and 6 varying in width from 1.61 feet to 9.72 feet of Block 1 of the AMENDED PLAT OF HIBISCUS PLACE (3-110) and a strip of land varying from 18.92 feet to 20.0 feet in width along the westerly side of the southerly 100 feet more or less of Lot B of AMENDED PLAT OF MIRADO COURT (14-44) and that part of Tract 9 of HIGHLEYMAN'S SUBDIVISION (1-184) external to a 25-foot radius at the northeast corner of the intersection of South Bayshore Drive and S.E. 14 Street conveyed for highway widening be, and the same is hereby accepted for the consideration heretofore expressed. Section 2.
