A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED MORA
TRACT, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, AND
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT,
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER

WHEREAS, the City Zoning n Board and the Department oDbli
Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled MORA TRACT being a subdivision
of a portion of the E. z of the N.W. 4 of the S.E. 4j Section 2,
Township 54 South, Range 40 East, City of Miami, Dade County,
Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully
incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together
with all existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery on
said property, to the perpetual use of the public, be and the
same are, hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami,
Florida.
Section 2, The City Manager and the City Clerk, both of
the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the Plat.

The property platted is a subdivision of a portion of the
E 1 of the NW 1 of the SE 1 of Section 2, Township 54S,
Range 40E.

By authority of Resolution No. 67-99, adopted April. 17, 1967,
the Plat was recommended for a ceptance by the City Zoning

29, 1976, signed by Henry W. Clar, Attorney, indicates that
the fee simple title to the property platted is correctly
vested in Josephine F. Mora and Elsie Joyce Mora and the
Plat has been correctly executed.
