A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAME
TO PERMIT DADE COUNTY TO OBTAIN 50,000
CUBIC YARDS OF FILL FROM THE CITY'S VIRGINIA
KEY STOCKPILE FOR USE ON THE COUNTY'S
RICKENBACKER CAUSEWAY BEACH RESTORATION
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Dade

yards of excess fill at Virginia Key; and

cubic yards of fill for the expansion of Bayfront Park which
could be obtained from the County stockpile at Dodge Island; and
WHEREAS, an exchange of material would be to the
mutual advantage of both the City and Dade County; and
WHEREAS, Dade County has passed Resolution R-1024-75.

Dade County to furnish the City of Miami an amount of fill
material from the Dodge Island Stockpile equal to the amount of
