A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $3►000
FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
FUNDS - UNALLOCATED FUNDS" FOR PURCHASE OF
MATERIALS AND THEIR INSTALLATION, THEREBY
MODIFYING TWO EXISTING GREASE TRAPS AT MIAMARINA
AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION TO
BE ACCOMPLISHED BY PURCHASE ORDER.
WHEREAS, the grease traps at Miamarina facility,
as now constructed, are unsatisfactory as they Clog frequently.
and
are
difficult to clean; and
WHEREAS, it is possible to correct this unsatisfac--
Cry condition by modifying the existing grease traps; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of
Ublic Works recommend the modification, after advertising
and receiving bids for the said modification;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The amount of $3,000 is hereby allo-
cated from the account entitled "CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUNDS -
UNALLOCATED FUNDS" for the purchase of materials and their
installation, thereby modifying two existing grease traps at
Miamarina,with said purchase and installation to be accom-
plished by purchase order.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16 day of DECEMBER
1976.
