WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 13# 1976
between the City of Miami and Garcia Equipment Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Garcia Equipment Corporation has furnished the required docu-
ments certifying that all bills for labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public
Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final
payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed construction performed by
Garcia Equipment Corporation under contract dated May 13, 1976
for the RIVERSIDE BAPTIST CHURCH BUILDINGS DEMOLITION - 1976

is hereby accepted at a total cost of $3,842. /,

Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Mian(i
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Garcia Equipment
Corporation, a balance of $384.20 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in connec-
tion with the aforesaid contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16 day of DECEMBER , 1976.
