AT A TOTAL COST OF $36,700, AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $3,670 FOR THE ORANGE BOWL - WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS - 1975. WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated June .' 1976 between the City of Miami and Biscayne and Construction, to WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and Biscayne Construction, Inc. has furnished the required docu- ments certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Director of the Department of Public Works recommend that the completed work e accepted and final payment made to the contractor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAPMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The completed construction performed by Biscayne Construction, Inc. under contract dated June 10, 1976 for the ORANGE BOWL - WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS - 1975 is hereby accepted at a total cost of $36,700. Section 2. are hereby authorized Inc. a balance of performed and all materials aforesaid contract.
