FOLLOW"
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 22, 197
between the City of Miami and Metro Contractors Co., Inc; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Metro Contractors Co., Inc. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public ,
Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final
payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMPMISSION OF THE'
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed construction performed by
Metro Contractors Co., Inc. under contract dated May 22, 1976
for DOUGLAS PARK IM9PROVEMENTS - 1976 is hereby accepaccepted

total cost of $115,598.22. "DOCU
ITEM NO. f
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Metro Contractors
Co., Inc. a balance of $11,559.84 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in connec-
tion with the aforesaid contract.
