Fa L LUW " WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated April 15,
1976 between the City of Miami and Ebsary Foundation Co.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed arid
Ebsary Foundation Co. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public
Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final
payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed construction performed by
Ebsary Foundation Co. under contract dated April 15, 1976
for CURTIS PARK - BOAT RAMP - 1975 is hereby accepted at
total cost of $76,660.76.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Ebsary Foundation
Co. a balance of $7,666.08 as full and final payment for all
work performed and all materials furnished in connection with
the aforesaid contract.

Ebsary Foundation Co, has'completed the construction
of a new boat ramp on the Miami River at Gerry Curtis
Park) located at NW North River Drive and 23 Avenue,
at a total cos o1 $76,660,76. The work included
paved aprons, concrete bulkhead, timber catwalk, and
a storm sewer extension,
It is now in order fo3' the Commission to accept the
completed work and authorize final payment, after all
conditions are met. The original contract amount was
$81,162.25, and it was completed on time.
