A RnSOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
tit CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
TO ENTEP, INTO A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MIAMI AND THE EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATION
KNOWN AS THE FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE,
WALTER E. HEADLEY, JR., MIAMI LODGE #20,
FOR THE PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 1976 THROUGH
SEPTEMBER 30, 1978, UPON ITS RATIFICATION
AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF SUCH AGREEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THE
ATTACHED COPY THEREOF.
'3 IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI',
LORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager of the City of Miami be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
collective bargaining Agreement by and between the City of
Miami and the employee organization known as the Fraternal
Order of Police, Walter E. Headley, Jr., Miami Lodge #20,
for the period of October 1, 1976 through September 30, 1978,
as set forth in the copy attached hereto. The aforesaid author-
ization and direction shall not be operative unless and until
the City Manager is in receipt of a notice of ratification by
the employee organization of the terms of this Agreement.
