XXX. revising time limits permitted between
Board and Commission meetings. The Planning
Advisory Board recommended by a 6 to 0 vote.

ORDINANCE - FIRST READING
Application by Harcourt I. Clark Sr., for a Change
of Zoning Classification of Lots 6 and 7 from R-1
(One Family) to C-2A. and Lots 37 thru 40. Block 1,
COMBINED AND SUPPLEMENTAL MAP OF MACFARLANE
HOMESTEAD PLAT AND ST. ALBAN'S PARK (5-81), located
at approximately 3739, 3740 and 3749 Grand Avenue,
from R-2 (Two Family) to C-2A (Special Community
Commercial). The Zoning Board recommended by a 7
to 0 vote. The Planning Department recommended
Approval. No objections were received in the mail
and none were present at the meeting.
3. ORDINANCE - FIRST READING
Application by Braman Cadillac for a Change of
Zoning Classification on Lots ,3 thru 7, Block 3,
BAYSIDE PARK AMD (2-40), located at approximately
255 N. E. 20th Terrace, from C-1 (Local Commercial)
to C-4 (General Commercial). The Zoning Board
recommended Denial by a 3 to 3 vote. The Planning
Department recommended Denial. No objections were
received in the mail, one objector was present at
the meeting.
4. APPEAL
By Athina Caralis, the Zoning Board Grant of a
Variance to Martin E. Davis, waiving certain
setback requirements to permit an addition to a
single family residence at 2330 N.E. 7th Avenue.
The Zoning Board Granted this Variance by a 6 to 1
vote and the Planning Department's recommendation
is for Approval. One objector to this item was
present at the Zoning Board meeting. Two objection
were received in the mail. At their meeting of
October 27th, the Commission deferred action on
this item.

Granting an extension of the Conditional Use to
permit off-street parking on 3243-45 Fran'klin
Avenue. The current extension for this Conditional
Use was granted by Resolution 73-965 on December
13, 1973.
RESOLUTION
Appointing members to the Miami Zoning Board and
the Miami Planning Advisory Board.
Discussion of Board compensation.

Establishing a new Zoning District, C-4A -
BOULEVARD COMMERCIAL. The Planning Advisory Board
recommended by a 6 to 0 vote. The Planning Depart-
ment recommended approval.
ORDINANCE - FIRST READING
Change of Zoning Classification of certain proper-
ties located on and adjacent to Martin Luther King,
Jr., Boulevard from existing zoning to C-4A
(Boulevard Commercial). The Planning Advisory
Board recommended approval by a 6 to 0 vote and
the Planning Department recommended approval.
Twenty-two objections were received in the mail
and four objectors were present at the Planning
Advisory Board meeting.

RESOLUTION
Granting permission to fill submerged land adjacent
to approximately 1627 and 1643 Brickell Avenue.
This was approved by Motion 76-953 at the Commissior
meeting of October 27, 1976.
RESOLUTION
Reversing the grant of Variance at 3055 N.E. 4th
Avenue for a Residential Substance Abuse Facility.
The intent of thi; Resolution was passed by Motion
76-1042 at the Commission meeting of November
17, 1976.
