WHEREAS, Resolution No. 72-862 granted a conditional to permit Off -Street Parking in conjunction With the Taurus Stank House; and WHEREAS, one of the conditions for the conditional use was the removal of the two residential houses on said parking lot within a time period of one year; and WHEREAS, on December 13, 1973, the City Commission passed and adopted Resolution No. 73-965 amending Resolution No. 72-862 by extending the required time for the removal of the two houses on the Taurus Stead House parking lot for a period of three years; and WHEREAS, the City Commission has been requested to extend said time period again; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COiu'tISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Resolution No. 73-965, passed and adopted by the City Commission on December 13, 1973, be and the same is hereby extended by extending the required time for removal of the two residential houses on the parking lot at the Taurus Steak House, for a period of years. The conformed copy, which we are in receipt of, fails to indicate the term of years that our resolution was granted for. It was my understanding at the meeting that we received a three-year extension. Would you he so kind as to consult your records and determine as to whether we are merely in receipt of a copy which failed to insert the correct number of years or whether this is a small oversight on the part of someone in the Commission or the Clerk's office. Block 1. ROYAL GARDENS (20-3), located at 3243-45 Franklin Avenue in conjunction with the Taurus Steak House, by extending the required time for removal of the two residential houses on said parking lots for a period of three years. This three year extension will expire on December 13, 1976. A visual inspection of this site disclosed that the two houses still remain on the site.
