A kESCAUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DISBURSE
PONDS /N AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $10,000 TO DEFRAY THE
114E TRAVEL AND OTHER EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONY
MCI' OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF INTER=
AMERICAN EXPORT AND PROMOTION CENTER (C.I.P.E.) TO BE
HELD IN MIAMI DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 1976;
ALLOCATING THE AFORESAID FUNDS FROM THE PUBLICITY AND
TOURISM DEPARTMENT BUDGETED FUNDS AS WELL AS FROM THE
CONTINGENCY FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI modp
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to disburse
unds in an amount not to exceed $10,000 to defray the travel and
other expenses associated with the conduct of a meeting of the
Board of Directors of Inter -American Export and Promotion Center
(C.I.P.E.) to be held in Miami during the month of December 1976;
Section 2. The aforesaid funds to be disbursed are hereby
•allocated from the Publicity and Tourism Department budgeted funds
as well as from the Contingency Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November , 1976.
