BAYFRONT PARK, AT $3.05 PER SQUARE YARD
WITH A GUARANTEED MINIMUM OF 7,500 SQUARE
YARDS AT $22,873 AND A MAXIMUM OF 10,000
SQUARE YARDS AT $30,500; ALLOCATING FUNDS
FROM THE TITLE X - BAYFRONT PARR FUND.
