A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED MARTINA
ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, AND
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT;
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.
1EREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public
rks have recommended the acceptance of the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled MARTINA ESTATES being a resub"
division of a portion of Lot 56, of DELAWARE PARK SECTION ONE,
lying in the N.W. 4 of the N.E. 4 of Section 33, Township 53S,
Range 41E, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference
is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the
dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and future
planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual
use of the public be, and the same are, hereby accepted and con-
firmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both of the
City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the Plat.

-for acceptance at the next available meeting:

The original tracing of the Record Plat will be held in safekeeping
in our office until the resolution accepting the plat has been adopted
by the Commission; after which, the plat will be forwarded to the City
Clerk for execution in the usual manner.
No City funds are involved.
Established procedures require us to distribute several copies of the
resolution following its adoption by the Commission. Will you please
request the City Clerk to supply us with four certified copies of the
resolution.

PERTINENT INFORMATION
(1) The City Zoning Board and the Department of Public Works have
reeormended the acceptance of the plat.
ACTION' TO BE TAKEN
The Plat entitled MARTINA ESTATES being a resubd iv:U ion of
portion of Lut. 56, of Del wai. c Park Section One, lying in
the N.W. /, of the N.E. 1, of Section 33, Township 535,
Range 41E, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by
reference is made a part here-: f as if fully incorporated
herein and the dedications as shown thereon together will
all existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery on
said property, to the perpetual use of the public, be and
the same are, hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of
- Miami, Florida.
Except for the construction of those improvements provided for
in the Agreement entered into between the Owner and the Director
of the Department of Public Works on behalf of the City of Miami,
Florida, dated October 15, 1976, the requirements of Chapter. 54,
Section 54--?0, Code cf the CA';,; of Miami, Florida and State law
as to improvements to be made in subdivisions will hereby
expressly be waived.
(C) The City Manager and the City Clerk, both of the City of Miami,
Florida, are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Plat.

The Proposed Record Plat entitled MARTINA ESTATES is a portion of
a lot in a previous platted subdivision and is subdivided into
two Tracts having a total area of 0.32± of an acre. It is zoned
R-1. This plat is being forwarded to your office for City
Commission action.
The attached detailed report from the Department of Public Works
recommends the approval of the plat by the City Commission of
Miami, Florida, and certifies its correctness as to form.
Also attached are the following itemized papers necessary to
present the Plat to the City Commission of Miami:
(1) Form of Resolution accepting the Plat
(2) Print of proposed Record Plat
(3) Agreement form pertaining to subdivision improvements
(4) Opinion of Title

REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF V 0LL
MARTINA ESTATES
A"S ISbIVISiON IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA

The accompanying Plat entitled MARTINA ESTATES was prepared
by Atlantic Services of Florida, Inc. It is in correct £orrri for
submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a
recommendation that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a portion of a Lot in a previously
platted subdivision. It is subdivided into two Tracts
having a total area of 0.32± of an acre. It is zoned R-1.
The location of the.streets and the widths conform with the
standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of
Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Narciso J. Ramirez, Registered Land
Surveyor, this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of
the State of Florida.

(4) By authority of Resolution No. ZB 56-76, adopted March 8,
1976, the Plat was recommended for acceptance by the City
Zoning Board of Miami.

The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated September
27, 1976 signed by Sidney M. Bodzin, Attorney, indicates that`
the fee simple title to the property platted is correctly
vested 1n Stanley Goitz and Elizabeth Goitz, his wife, and
the Plat has been correctly executed.
(6)- The area platted is encumbered by mortgages and the mortgage
holders have executed the Plat and joined in its dedications.
(7) In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 54, Section
54-20, of the Code of The City of Miami, a Cashier's Check
iti the amount of $1,300.00 has been tendered by the owner,
Stanley Goitz and Elizabeth Goitz, his wife. This Cashier's
Check has been deposited with the Director of Finance and
will guarantee the completion of the subdivision improvements
ording to the provisions of the Agreement between The
wity of Miami and the aforementioned Stanley Goitt and
'litabeth Goitz, his wife, The improvements required at
the property platted are listed as follows: Landscaping,
removal of existing sidewalk and construction of new
sidewalk.

(9) The attached Form of Resolution has been prepared for the
acceptance of the Plat by the City Commission of Miami.
