RtgOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE Off' A
PERMIT TO MIAPMI NORTHWESTERN SENIOR HIGH
toot BAND PARENTS FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES IN
CONNECTION WITH ITS CARNIVAL TO BE HELD
DECEMBER 1 THRU 5, 1976 AT 7007 N.W. 12 AVENUE,
SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TEPJIS AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMMISSION OF THE CITY Of MIAMI)
Section 1. A permit is hereby authorized to be issued
Miami Northwestern Senior High School Band Parents for amuse-
ment rides in connection with its carnival at 7007 N.W. 12 Avenue
on December 1 thru 5, 1976, subject to the following terms and
conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period
exceeding 15 days, nor shall any one location be
used more often than once every 90 days.
The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and certificates of use.
. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.

TEST:
The operators of the amusement rides will provide
separate sanitary facilities for both male and
female patrons.
The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off duty policemen that the Depart-
ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide
for security will be employed by the permit holder.
Operations must conform to noise level requirements
as set forth by the Director of the Building Department.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18 day of NOVEMBER , 1976.

An application for a carnival to be sponsored by
Miami Northwestern Senior High School Band Barents
at 7007 N. W. 12th Avenue has been received by us
on November 15, 1976.
Since this is too late for inclusion on the next
agenda, we forward this to you along with a draft
resolution inasmuch as we are advised that
representatives of the group may seek recognition
from the floor.
The application meets all requirements of Ordinance
#6871, except that police approval has not yet
been received.

City Commissioners meeting for a Carnival approval. The
Royal East Shows of 710 Melanie Lane; Ft. Walton Beach,
Florida will provide 18 rides and 12 game booths for the
dates beginning, December 1, and ending December 5, 1976.
