Repealing the classification Of circus in Section 30..28 of
the City Code and amending Section 30-28 to include circuses
with the carnival classification. City Manager recommends.
FIRST READING - ORDINANCE
Amending Subsection 1 of §39-13.1. providing for an increase
in the annual membership green fees at City Golf Courses
(Melreese and Miami Springs). City Manager recommends.
EMERGENCY ORDINANCE
Amending the 1976-77 Appropriations Ordinance for Programs
for the Handicapped in the amount of $42,340.07. City
Manager recommends.
EMERGENCY ORDINANCE
'Amending certain subsections of the Miami City Employees'
Retirement System and Plan providing that the dollar amount
contributed by the City be calculated on a 35-year amorti-
zation commencing October 1, 1976. City Manager recommends.
EMERGENCY ORDINANCE
Amending 1976-77 Appropriations Ordinance by appropriating
$14,000 for joint sponsorship of "Florida Legislative Weekend",
and receiving said revenues from Dade County, Florida, pur-
suant to County Resolution No. R-1251-76. City Manager
recommends.
RESOLUTION
Authorizing and directing the City Manager to enter into an
agreement between the City of Miami and Dad County providing
that the Housing and Urban Development Department shall pro-
vide the administrative work in the aeguisition and condem-
nation of portions of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.

Co, Inc, of $142,100 for the Morningside Park ItprOVetehts
1976; allocating funds from the "Publid Parks & Recreational
Facilities Bond Fund for contract cost; $15,731 for Project
Expense; $2,842 for advertising, testing and postage; and
authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract. City
