AND CONTAININGA SERVERABILI'P.Y PROVISION.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Zoning Board at its
meeting of July 19, 1976, Item No. 5(b), following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 136-76 by a 6 to 0 vote
(2 members absent) recommending a change of zoning classification
as hereinafterset forth; and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it advisable and in
the best interest of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to
amend said ordinance as hereinafter, set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF.
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami be, and the same is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification of the W5' of the
S50' of Lot 1, Block 1, RIVERMONT PARK (4-46), located at
901 N. W. 13th Avenue. ... -4.
from W-I (Waterfront. Industrial) to R-4
Density Multiple) District, and by making the necessary
changes in the zoning district map made a part of Ordinance No.
6871 by reference and description in Article III, Section 2
thereof.
Section 2. A11 ordinances, code sections, or parts
thereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in conflict, are
hereby repealed.
Section 3. Should any part or provision of this
ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, the sa ►e shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
