EXPLA NA TION Consideration of the designation of certain areas in the Coconut Grove and Brickell areas of Miami as Scenic Transportation corridors: a) South Miami Avenue from SE 15th Road to Alatka Street -- north of SE 32nd Road, includes only the public right-of-way. south of SE 32nd Road, includes zoned street yard area. ea 1. South Bayshore Drive from Alatka Street to McFarlane Road includes zoned street right-of-way plus: a. On all abutting private property, the corridor boundary extends up to the facing wall of the primary structure. If there are no structures on the property the corridor boundary will coincide with the minimum setback line required by the zoning ordinance. One exception is the property described as Fairview PB 4-176, Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, which shall be entirely included within the boundaries of this Scenic Transportation corridor.
