ZB 72-76. 8 11 4FOLLOW" 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25'. 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 WHEREAS, Article XXXII of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 6871, permits an extension of a Conditional Use by the City Manager with approval by the City Commission, for a period of one year; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends a one year e ttension of the Conditional Use granted by the Zoning Board by Resolution No. ZB 72-76; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: "DOCUMENT INDEX IEM Section 1. The request for a one year Oxtnsion of the Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article VI, Section 1(4-A)(a), to permit construction of Residential Development of Planned Unit Nature on Lots 19 and 20, MALCOMB PEACOCK SUB (3-35) and Lots 23 and 24, HARDIE'S ADDITION (7-34), being approximately 3045 Mary Street, consisting of 8 dwelling units in 4 structures as per plans on file, zoned R-2 (Two Family) District, granted by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB 72-76, be and the same is hereby granted.
