#ERFAS, the Urban Development Review Board was
afabiished by Resolution 42762, dated September 9, 1971, tel
assist the Planning Department and Zoning Board in reviewing
development plans throughout the City and in recommending bonus
provisions in certain zoning districts; and
WHEREAS, the Urban Development Review Board legis-
lation has been amended by Resolution 75-1070, dated November 24,
1975, to provide for the appointment of one alternate member from
a list of nominees prepared by the South Florida Chapter, American
Institute of Architects and one alternate member from a list of
nominees prepared by the local chapter, American Society of Land-
scape Architects; and
WHEREAS, both the South Florida Chapter American
Institute of Architects and the Florida Chapter American Society
of Landscape Architects have presented their list of nominees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THg C, COMMIS

The Administration recommends that the Commission
appoint two alternate members to the Urban Development
Review Board. (Resolution attached).
The purpose of the Urban Development Review Board is to review
development plans and to recommend bonus provisions where appropriate,
specifically in the R-C1 and R-CB zoning districts in the Brickell area
The Board is composed of: Mr. Glen Buff,.Chairman, AIA
Mr. Don Forfar, AIA
Mr. William O'Leary, ASLA
Mr. Jonathan Seymour, ASLA
Mr. Wilfredo Borroto, AIA
