the tentative plat (TP #964) by a 7-0 vote subject to:
1. Alteration, relocation or installation of utilities at the
property owner's expense.
All closed alleys to remain as public utility easements.
No building permits to be issued on the site until all
necessary utility easements have been established by
a letter or sketch from the several utilities involved.

REACTION
10/18/76
No objection as the eritirc block is the property of the petitioner.
APPROVAL: The vacation of existing unitproved alleys (20 and
12 feet) will enable the applicants to develop an efficient plan for
all surrounding parcels.
Recommended approval by Resolution #ZB=173-76, 10/18/76,
of the closure by a 7-0 vote.
One (1) objector was present at the Zoning Board hearing who
was confused to the location of the alleyways and their effect
on his property. Upon being informed that the closure would
have no effect on his property, he withdrew his objection.
Five (5) written objections were received citing the need to
reserve utility easements in the alleys.
