A RESOLUTION DECLARING INGRAHAM HIGHWAY FROM
b0UGLAS ROAD TO CITY LIMITS WITH A WIDTH AS
FOLLOWS: ZONED STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY (70') PLUS
ZONED STREET YARD AREA (20') OF ALL PROPERTIES
ABUTTING BOTH SIDES OF THE DESIGNATED STREET
AS A SCENIC TRANSPORTATION CORRIDOR (THEREBY
BECOMING AN ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION DISTRICT)
AS PER CHAPTER 64 OF THE MIAMI CITY CODE, AND
DIRECTING THE PROPER OFFICIAL OF THE BUILDING
DEPARTMENT TO INCLUDE SAID PROPERTY ON THE OFFICIAL
MAP MAINTAINED BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT DELINEAT-
WAR ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION DISTRICTS.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its
testing of July 7, 1976, Item No. 2(e), following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 20-76 by a 6 to 1 vote
recommending the property as hereinafter set forth to become a
scenic transportation corridor; and
WHEREAS, the Commission after careful consideration
and due deliberation finds that the property as hereinafter
described meets the criteria of a scenic transportation corridor
as provided in Chapter 64-6 (b)(3) of the City of Miami Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE

City Limits with a width as follows: Zoned Street'Right-of-Way
(70') plus zoned street yard area (20') of all properties
abutting both sides of the designated street is hereby designated
as a scenic transportation corridor (thereby becoming an
Environmental Preservation District) as per Chapter 64 of the
Miami City Code.
Section 2. The proper official of the Building
Department be, and he is hereby directed to include said
property on the official map maintained by the Building Department
delineating Environmental Preservation Districts.
