A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE Off'
A 1ERMIT TO CORPUS CHRISTI ROMAN CATHOLIC
CHURCH FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES IN CONNECTION
WITH ITS CARNIVAL AT 3220 NORTHWEST 7 AVENUE
ON DECEMBER 10, 11, AND 12, 1976, SUBJECT
TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS,
T RESOLVED THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORMA:
Section 1. A permit is hereby authorized to be issued tc
Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church for amusement rides in
connection with its Carnival at 3220 Northwest 7 Avenue, on
December 10, 11, and 12, 1976, subject to the following terMS
and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period
exceeding 3 days, nor shall any one location
be used more often than once every 90 days,
The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of.
Use.
Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.
The operators of the amusement rides will provide
separate sanitary facilities for both male and
female patrons.
The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.

The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart-
ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide
for security will be employed by the permit holder.
Operations must conform to noise level requirements
as set forth by the Director of the Building Department.

Avenue, is planning its annual Festival -Carnival to be held on
the Church grounds December 10, 11, 12, 1976.
The purpose of this festival is to raise funds in order that
we may support and maintain our Parroguial School and the
Charitable works of our parish.
Will you arrange to have this matter' placed on the agenda
oF the City Commission so that our parish may obtain permission
to purchase the necessary permits.
