A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A PttlMiT To STS. PETER & PAUL RECTORY FOR AMUSEa
WENT RIDES IN CONNECTION WITH ITS CARNIVAL AT
900 SOUTHWEST 26 ROAD, ON DECEMBER 3, 4, AND
5, 1976, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND c0NDITION8,
T RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A permit is hereby authorized to be issued to
Stt. Peter & Paul Rectory for amusement rides in connection with its
Carnival at 900 Southwest 26 Road, on Decembers 3, 4, and 5, 1976,
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period
eXceeding 3 days, nor shall any one location be
Used more often than once every 90 days,
The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of
Use.
Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.
The operators of the amusement rides will provide
,separate sanitary facilities for both male and female
patrons.
The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart-
ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide
for security will be employed by the permit holder.
Operations must conform to noise level requirements as
set forth by the Director of the Building Department.

of Miami to hold our Festivalon the church grounds
on December 3,4, and S of this year.
The purpose of this Festival, which we have
eveiy year, is to raise funds for our parochial
school.
