Section 1. The waiver of the rental fee for the
Uge of Bayfront Park Auditorium for the Fifth Annual Christian
Leadership Breakfast on Tuesday, November 23, 1976 at 7:30 A.M.,
sponsored by Christian Leadership Prayer Breakfast, Inc., is
hereby approved, subject to advance payment for event personnel,
insurance, and other costs borne by the City.

On Tuesday, November 23, 1976, at 7:30 a.m., the Pifth Annual Christian
Leadership Breakfast is scheduled to be held in Bayfront Park Auditorium.
1'he guest speaker for this year will be Chuck Colson.
The purpose of this BrealfaA i to bring uT,ether the leaders of the City
of Miami for the opportunity of giving thaiiks for God's blessings. Also,
to reflect on how the Spirit of Jesus Christ might direct our daily lives
as we continue in our efforts to make the City of Miaiui a better place in
which we can work and live.
ihe Breakfast is sponsored by Christian Leadership Prayer Breakfast, Inc.,
a corporation not for profit organized and existing under the Laws of the
State of Florida. This corporation does not solicit funds.
1'he corporation respectfully requests that the City of Miami waive the
rental fee for the auditorium for this event. All other costs involved,
including stage hands, catering services, police, etc. will be paid for
by the corporation.
Approval of this request will be greatly appreciated.
