RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE
WAIVER OF RENTAL FEES FOR THE USE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI'S SHOWMOBILE BY THE COCONUT
GROVE BICYCLE CLUB ON NOVEMBER 14, 1976,
AS PART OF THE 5TH ANNUAL TOUR OF COCONUT
GROVE, SUBJECT TO PAYMENT FOR EVENT
PERSONNEL AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS BORNE
BY THE CITY.
RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MLAMI, LORIDA:
Section 1. The waiver of rental fees for the use of the CITY
'MIAMI'S SHOWMOBILE by the Coconut Grove Bicycle Club on
ovember 14, 1976, as part of the 5th Annual Tour of Coconut Grove, is
'hereby ratified and approved, subject to payment for event personnel and,
other direct costs borne by the City.��'.�,:

lb waiver of the rental fee for the Showmobile.
The waiver has been requested by the Coconut Grove
Bicycle Club in conjunction with their promotion of the
5th Annual Tour of Coconut Grove on November 14, 1976.
The Club is to assume all direct costs incurred, i. e. ,
$35.00 insurance and labor for the Showmobile. We
will assign tv.-o (2) Park Rangers to cover the event.
