BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION Or THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1+E Sections 3-48, 3-49 and 3-50 of the Code
of the City of Miami, Florida, relating to the requirement of
fingerprinting and photographing all employees and persons
performing services under contract in any establishment operat-
ing under a nightclub licenseare hereby. repealed in their
entirety.
