PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1976 FOR THE FOLLOWING AGENCIES THROUGH ORDINANCE NO. 8466, AS AMENDED: COCONUT GROVE FAMILY CLINIC, $500; ST. ALBANS DAY CARE, $500; EDISON LITTLE RIVER: PROJECT YOUTH, $700: J.E.S.C.A.,HOT MEAL4 $500; COCONUT 0koVE AFTERSCHOOL HOUSE, $300; COMMUNITY TELEVISION OF SOUTH FLORIDA, $300; ACTION COMMUNITY.. CENTER,.$200; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT INSOFAR AS THEY ARE IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY.CLAUSE. 'BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Funds fiscal year through Ordinance 19751as amended, The following funds from Federal Revenue Sharing 1975-76 having been previously appropriated No. 8466, passed and adopted on September 26, are hereby appropriated for the purposes outlined below for the fiscal year 1976-77: Coconut Grove Family Clinic St. Albans Day Care Edison Little River: Project Youth J.E.S.C.A. - Hot Meal Coconut Grove After School House Community Television of South Action Community Center Florida 500.00 500.00 700.00 500.00 300.00 300.00 200.00 Total $3,000.00 Section 2. If any section, part of section, paragraph, clause, phrase, or word of this Ordinance is declared invalid, the remaining provisions of this Ordinance shall not be affected. Section 3." All ordinances or parts of ordinances, insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, are hereby repealed. At the last Commission Meeting, October 14, 1976, Ordinance No. 8582 was passed on second reading distributing the $3,000 among , . . . seven social agencies, in accordance with Commissioner Gibson's proposal. However, due to the passage of time from its first reading, September 9, 1976, the Finance Department has indicated that a formal reappropriation ordinance be adopted.
