ALBANS DAY CARE, $500; EDISON LITTLE RIVER: PROJECT YOUTH, $700: J.E.S.C.A.,HOT MEAL4 $500; COCONUT 0koVE AFTERSCHOOL HOUSE, $300; COMMUNITY TELEVISION OF SOUTH FLORIDA, $300; ACTION COMMUNITY.. CENTER,.$200; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT INSOFAR AS THEY ARE IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY.CLAUSE. 'BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
