12. RESOLUTION
Authorizing and directing the City Manager to enter into an
agreement with Arnold R. Gurevitz as project analyst for the
Threshold Program for Public Service Aides. City Manager
recommends.
RESOLUTION
Authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract in the
atrtouht not to exceed $640000 with the firm of O'Leary -Shafer
and Associates to provide professional consultant services
for Dixie Park. City Manager recommends.
RESOLUTION
Approving the renewal of the Advertising and Publicity Agree-
ments between Metropolitan Dade County and the City of Miami
for a joint City and County Publicity and Advertising Pro-
gram for t1.e 1976-77 fiscal year. City Manager recommends.
RESOLUTION
Authorizing City Manager to execute an agreement with Metro-
politan Dade County, for the purpose of receiving funds to
operate Temporary Public Service Jobs Program from October 1,
1976 thru December 1, 1976, and ratifying the expenditure of

Authorizing issuance of a carnival permit to Borinquen Lions
Club for amusement rides on November 19 thru November 28,

Accepting the bid of Harold G. Jaffer, Inc., for Old Bayfront
Park Development for electrical and irrigation systems in

Accepting the bid of Jules Brothers, Inc., for furnishing
Police Uniforms on a contract basis for a one year period at

ing Ready -Mix Concrete on a contractual basis for one year
at an estimated cost of $79,000. City Manager recommends.
