A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING THE
ACTION OE THE CITY MANAGER IN EXTENDING
THE CITY'S CONTRACT WITH ADVERTISING AND
MAIU<ETING ASSOCIATES FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR
TO CONTINUE FURNISHING PUBLICITY SERVICES,

Section 1e The action of the City Manager in
ehteriding the City's contract with Advertising And Marketing
Associates for an additional year to continue furnishing
publicity services to the City is hereby ratified and confirmed.

Dear Mr. Avrutis:
On July 1, 1976 the City Commission adopted motion
#76-633.
MOTION OF INTENT TO EXTEND CITY'S CONTRACT
WITH ADVERTISING AND MARKETING ASSOCIATES FOR
AN ADDITIONAL YEAR TO CONTINUE FURNISHING
PUBLICITY SERVICES.
In accordance with the direction of that motion, consider
this to be sufficient notice to extend the present
contract for providing advertising services to the
City of Miami for the year October 1, 1976 to September
30, 1977.
