VAL ON NOVEMBER 19 THROUGH 28, 1976, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. T RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY Or MIAMI, PLORIbAE Section 1. A permit is hereby authorized to be issued to BORINQUEN LION'S CLUB for amusement rides at the Miami Stadium Parking Lot in connection with its carnival on November 19 through 28, 1976, subject terms and conditions: 1. Both carnivals will utilize a rmi.ni_um of three (3) officers and (1) supervisor. Police officers will be on duty during all hours of operation of the carnivals. The Boringquen Lions` s Club will hold a carnival from 19 Nov. ?6 to 28 Nov. 76 at the Miami Stadium Parking Lot, and the International Order of Masons will hold their annual carnival from 1 Dec 76 to 12 Dec 76 at the parking lot of the former Shell City store.
