IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI ► F'I,ORIb %t
Section 1. A permit is hereby authorized to be issued
ST. MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL SCHOOL -CHURCH, for amusement rides,
t 300 N.W. 28 Avenue, in connection with its carnival on
November 25 through 28, 1976, subject to the following terms
and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a
period exceeding four days, nor shall any
one location be used more often than once
a year.
The operators of the amusement rides shall
obtain the necessary licenses, permits and
Certificate of Use.
Small tents shall be permitted only to carry
on ride activities.
The operators of the amusement rides will
provide sanitary facilities for both male
and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will
not domicile on the property.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the
premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be
contacted and the number of off -duty policeman
that the Department feels are necessary to
direct traffic and provide for security will
be employed by the permit holder.

An application has been received for a carnival to be
held at St. Michale The Archangel Church November 25th
to 28th, 1976. It-. complies with all provisions of
Ordinance #7267.
tt is recommended that the attached provisos be inserted
in the authorization.

This:is to request the permit to hold a carnival to benefit
St. Michael the Archangel School. St. Michael the Archangel
School -Church is registered with the Secretary of State's
Office under the number 05-00035-08-23.
The carnival will be held November "t5. 26, 27 and 28, 1976 on
the school grounds (300 N.W, 28th Ave,). 15 Rides and 10 en-
tertainment booths will operate during the carnival.
All restrictions and regulations established by the zoning
ordinance will be observed. Off duty City of Miami Police-
men will be employed as requested by the City of Miami Police
Department.
