HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-76-09516 7 B 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 RESOLUTION NO 76 951 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION OP THE CONDITIONAL USE AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE VII, SECTION 1(6-B)(a), TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT ON N90' OF TRACT B-1, LESS W85', REVISED PLAT OF LE BOCAGE (35-13), BEING APPROXIMATELY 250 N.W. 73RD TERRACE, CONSISTING OF 4 UNITS, SUBJECT TO REPLATTING; ZONED R-3 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE), GRANTED BY ZONING BOARD RESOLUTION NO. ZB 77-76. WHEREAS, Article XXXII of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 6871 permits an extension of a Conditional Use by the City Manager with approval by the City Commission, for a period of one year; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends a one year extension of the Conditional Use granted by the Zoning Board by Resolution No. ZB 77-76; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The request for a one year extension of the Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article VII, Section 1(6-B)(a),to permit construction of Townhouse Development on N90' of Tract B-1, less W85', Revised Plat of Le Bocage (35-13), being approximately 250 N.W. 73rd Terrace, consisting of 4 units, subject to replatting; zoned R-3 (Low Density Multiple) by Zoning Board Resolution ZB 77-76, be and the same is granted. 1976. granted hereby PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27 day of OCTOBER RATPHG.
