RESOLUTION NO. 76-950
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION
OF THE CONDITIONAL USE AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE
NO. 6871, ARTICLE XX, SECTION 1(4)(d) TO PERMIT
MAT PROCESSING ON LOTS 23 THROUGH 27, BLOCK 1,
RESUB OF JEFFERSON PARK (9-36) BEING 758-784 N.W.
22ND STREET, TO BE IN A NEW STRUCTURE, ZONED
I-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL), GRANTED BY ZONING BOARD
RESOLUTION NO. 7 5 -76.
WHEREAS, Article XXXII of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance No. 6871 permits an extension of a Conditional Use
by the City Manager with approval by the City Commission, for
a period of one year; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends a one year
extension of the Conditional Use granted by the Zoning Board
by Resolution No. ZB 75-76;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The request for a one year extension of
the Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XX,
Section 1(4)(d) to permit meat processing on lots 23 through 27,
Block 1, Resub of Jefferson Park (9-36) being 758-784 N.W. 22nd
Street, to be in a new structure, zoned I-1 (Light Industrial)
granted by Zoning Board Resolution No. 75-76, be and the same is
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27 day of OCTOBER
1976.

of Use has been issued based upon the Conditional Use. The Ordinance
further provides that the City Manager may, after review and determin-
ation that substantial progress has been achieved by the applicant
in terns of project planning, extend the expiration date of the
Conditional Use for an additional period of time not to exceed one
year, subject to approzal of the City Commission.
This Department finds no objection to the granting of the extension
Of time for this Conditional Use.
We are requesting the City Attorney's office, by copy of this memo,
to prepare the propar Resolution for this extension.
Tentative City Corrission date: October 20, 1976.
