A RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION
Or THE CONDITIONAL USE GRANTED ON THE
PROPERTY AT 1320 NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE BY
ZONING BOARD RESOLUTION NO. ZB 47-76.
WHEREAS, Article XXXII of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance No. 6871 permits an extension of a Conditional Use
by the City Manager with approval by the City Commission, for a
period of one year; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board by Resolution No. ZB 47-76
granted a Conditional Use as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The request for a one year extension of
the Conditional Use granted on the property at 1320 North Bayshore
Drive, Lot 21, WALDIN COURT FIRST ADD (6-23) and E15' of Lot 5
and all of Lot 6, Block 3, RICKMER'S ADD AMD (4-149) by the City
'of Miami Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB 47-76, be and the same
is hereby granted.

ARTICI,1-: XXXII of the com%;rehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 6871 provides
that any Conditional Use shall expire sitv. months after the effective
date of tha Conditional Use unless a Building Permit or a Certificate
of Use has been issuee, based upon the Conditional Use. The ordinance
further provides that the City Manaejer my, alter review and determin-
ation that substantial progress has been achieved by the applicant
in terms of project planning, extend the expiration date of the
Conditional Use for an additional period of time not to exceed one
year, subject to approval of the City Comnlission.
This Department finds no objection to the granting of the extension
of time for this Conditional Use.
We are request the City Attorney's office, by copy of this memo,
to prepare the proper Pl!solution for this extension.

being approximately 1320 No. Bayshore Drive, in association with
Biscayne Dank located at 340 Biscayne Boulevard; zoned C-1
(Local Commercial).
Thin Variance or Conditional Use will expire on Senter+ber 8, 1976
unless you obtain a Building Permit or Certificate of Use based upon
and incorporating this Variance or Conditional Use during this period.
The expiration time of this action can be extended by the City Manager
with the approval of the City Commission for one (1) year. If you
require this extension of time, direct a letter rec,uesting such ex-
tension to the City Manager at least thirty (30) days prior to the
expiration.
