priations for Federal Revenue Sharing Funds by rea110cating

and seconded by Commissioner Plummer.

$16,748.50, for City Cemetery ImprovecnentS and allocating

RESOLUTION
Authorizing the Finance Director to pay $571.97, in settlement
Of the claim City of Miami vs. Maxy Alexis and Industrial
1+'ire & Casualty Company as a result of a collision between a
Vehicle owned by Maxy Alexis and insured by Industrial Fire &
Casualty Company and a vehicle owned by the City of Miami.
City Attorney recommends.
RESOLUTION
Authorizing the Finance Director to pay Ray Lopez and Kathryn
Lopez, his wife, the sum of $500. in full settlement of their
claim against the City for alleged personal injuries that was
suffered when ::athryn Lopez allegedly tripped and fell on the
sidewalk located at S. E. 8th Street between South Bayshore
Drive and Brickell Avenue. City Attorney recommends.

claim comes as a result of monies confiscated by the Police
