WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice, sealed bids eve received September 13, 1976 for furnishing air conditioning maintenance at the Modern Miami Police Department on a contract basis for one year for the Department of Public Properties; and WHEREAS, invitations were mailed to 15 potential suppliers and 2 bids were received; and WHEREAS, this contract is for one year commencing October 15,1976 and ending October 14, 1977 and shall be renewable upon agreement of both parties, with either party giving notice at least 30 days prior to the aforesaid expiration date; and WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public Properties recommend that the bid of Bared & Cobo Company at a total cost of $16,344.54, be accepted as it is the most advantageous bid to the City; NOW, THEREFORE, }3E IT RESOLVED BY TUUE COMMISSION OF "DOCUMENT„ I\lDEX ITEM NO.
