A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL WAIVER
OE THE RENTAL FEE FOR THE USE OF BAYFRONT
PARK AUDITORIUM ON DECEMBER 11, 1976 FOR
Tt1E ANNUAL CHARITY BALL SPONSORED BY MIAMI
LODGE #948 OF THE BENEVOLENT AND PROTECTIVE
ORDER OF ELKS, SUBJECT TO PAYMENT FOR EVENT
PERSONNEL, INSURANCE AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS
BORNE BY THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OR THE CITY.
ELORIDA:
Section 1. The waiver of the rental fee for the
se of Bayfront Park Auditorium on December 11, 1976 for the
Annual Charity Ball sponsored by Miami Lodge #943 of the
Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, subject to payment
for event personnel, insurance and other direct costs borne
by the City, is hereby approved.
Section 2. The City reserves the right to cancel
the above waiver or change the date herein authorized provided
that the exercise of such right occurs on or before Novem-
ber 27, 1976.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14TH day of OCTOBER
1976.
