Einpi'oyment Program during the Summer of 1976; and ..WHEREAS, 190 jobs were available for high school dropouts and unemployed high school graduates between the ages of 16 and 21 who are residents of the City of Miami; and WHEREAS, participants in the program worked a maximum of 25 hours per week for 5 weeks at $2.30 per hour; `and WHEREAS, the City of Miami is now eligible to receive U.S. Department of Labor funds for its operation of Phase II of the 1976 Summer Teen Employment Program ending September 30, 1976; THE CITY OF NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT.
