A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OP
A PERMIT TO ST. DOMINIC'S CHURCH FOR AMUSE
MENT RIDES IN CONNECTION WITH ITS CARNIVAL
AT 5909 NORTHWEST 7 STREET, ON NOVEMBER 5,
1976, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS,
Section 1. A permit is hereby authorized to be issued to
St. Dominic's Church for amusement
rides
in connection with its
Carnival at 5909 Northwest 7 Street, on November 5, 1976, subject
to the following terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period
exceeding 7 days, nor shall any one location be
used more often than once a year.
2. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of
Use.
Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.
The operators of the amusement rides will provide
separate sanitary facilities for both male and female
patrons.
The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
• The City of Miami Police Department will he contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart-
ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide
for security will be employed by the permit holder.
Operations must conform to noise level requirements as
set forth by the Director of the Building Department.

Dear Mr. Ferencik:
On behalf of St. Dominic Church, 5909 NW 7 5t., this
letter is a request for permits for amusement rides
and occupational license permits, for our Annual
Festival to be held on the church grounds November
5-6-7, 1976.
All the requirements as outlined in the City of Miami
directive pertaining to carnivals will be met.
