g!rtiCTION WORK OF A.D.H., INC. FOR THE
PARXING GARAGE AND SITE WORK AT THE MIAMI
MODERN POLICE HEADQUARTERS AT A TOTAL COST
OF $2,024,889; AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION OF
CONTRACT TIME OF 31 WORKING DAYS; AND AUTHOR$
IZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $132,703.70.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 1,
1.975 between
of Miami and A.D.H., Inc. for construction of the Parking
Garage Facility at the Miami Modern Police Headquarters; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
D.H., Inc. has furnished the required documents certifying that
all bills for labor and materials have been paid in full in con-
nection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Consultant, Pancoast Architects-Bouterse
Borrelli Albaisa Architects, has recommended an extension of
contract time of 31 working days necessitated by the additional
:'work on the automatic vehicle gates; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager, the Department of Public Works
and the Consultant have recommended that a final payment of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
$132,703.70 be made to the contractor;
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by A.D.H., Inc.
under contract dated May 1, 1975 for the Parking Garage and site
work at the Miami Modern Police Headquarters is
total cost of $2,024,889.

Section 3. 'The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay A.D.H., Inc. a balance
