ber 9, 1976 Resolution No. 76-787 was passed which ordered a
sanitary sewer improvement identified as HAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5411 S (SIDELINE SEWER) in HAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5411 S (SIDELINE SEWER); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hear-
ing was held before the City Commission on October 14, 1976 as to
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 76-786,
which resolution ordered HAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5411 S (SIDELINE SEWER) in HAMMOCK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5411 S (SIDELINE SEWER); and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
sanitary sewer improvement were sustained by the Commission, it
is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed
bids for the construction of said Improvement;
